RELIANT INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC maintains the highest standards of privacy for our clients. The confidential nature of our relationships is stated in the Investment Management Agreement that our clients sign with us. In addition to our normal practices, the Securities and Exchange Commission has adopted the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Regulation that requires all providers of personal financial services to inform their clients of their policies regarding the privacy of client information.
We do not, and have never disclosed client information, except as permitted or required by law or authorized by you, and do not expect to do so in the future. If we were to anticipate such a change in firm policy, we would be prohibited under the law from doing so without advising you first.

We collect nonpublic information about you that is provided to us by you, or obtained by us with your authorization, which can include social security numbers, account numbers, account balances, transaction history, or other information. Sources of that information include forms and applications in addition to records from the custodian of your assets. Also, other professionals such as CPAs, attorneys and financial planners may provide us with nonpublic information about you.
To Whom is Information Disclosed
For both current and former clients, we do not disclose to third parties any nonpublic personal information unless required or permitted by law or authorized by you. We limit access to information by employees and agents only to those who have a business or professional reason for that access, and to non-affiliated parties as permitted by law or as directed by you. We do not provide your personally identifiable information to mailing list vendors or solicitors for any purpose.
Security of Your Records
We maintain custody of client information either physically, electronically or both. Internal procedures are in place to further safeguard the records.
