Hugh is a Portfolio Strategist and Client Relationship Manager at Reliant.
Hugh is a CPA (inactive) and the former Director of Finance for Caddo Parish, Louisiana where he was responsible for all aspects of finance for the Parish government, including management of Parish funds and investments.
His thirty years of government finance experience were preceded by five years in public accounting. Hugh graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business and is a Charter Member and Past President of the Louisiana Government Finance Officers Association.
